With any of our care plans you get the service without any long term contracts or commitments. Simply request a cancellation via email and we will stop the next payment.
Our care plans are designed as monthly service plans. We designate resources and create a time slot for you each month. Therefore, any unused minutes do not carry over.
If you require any additional time to complete tasks we will give you a quote based upon your request. This quote is seperate from your plan.
After the minutes assigned to your plan have been used on one or more tasks that can be completed within the set amount of time.
If you would like to change the content yourself or assign a staff member to do it, we provide one on one instruction and resources at an additional cost.
All requests are to be submitted to us via email so we can make sure your request is being taken care of.
Our website care packages are all about preventative care. We cannot guarantee that your website will not be hacked but we will do everything we possibly can to prevent that. If we need to we will install a backup.
